    Under the guidance of pro photographer Carol Lerede, you’ll practice shooting in natural light, explore visual storytelling and self-portraiture, and reconnect with your creative vision.

    With Rebecca (Purnayoga), learn techniques to refocus your mind and body, reduce stress, and move with intention — perfectly aligned with the themes of each day’s photography.

By plane: fly to Cagliari Airport (CAG) then take the train to Carbonia (1h, ~€5) pickup to Calasetta ferry to Carloforte

Carol Lerede – Travel Photographer & Visual Storyteller

Founder of Capture My Travel, Carol has photographed people and places across 19 countries. Her photography is emotional, slow, and rooted in presence. At the retreat, she will guide you through mindful photo sessions, helping you see deeper, feel more, and create with intention — no pressure, no perfection. 

Rebecca (Purnayoga) – Yoga & Meditation Guide

With a soft, grounded presence and years of experience, Rebecca brings yoga that is both deep and accessible. Her sessions are themed around your creative process — helping you reconnect to your breath, body, and awareness.

  • Kind of lenses: 24–70mm, 50 or 85mm, 70-200 or similar

  • Tripod & external hard drive (recommended)

  • Notebook or journal (No need for yoga mat – all equipment is provided)

No. Classes are multi-level; photography guidance adapts to beginners and experienced creatives.

What’s not included?
Travel to/from Sardinia, personal extras.
How do I reach Carloforte?
Ferry from Portoscuso or Calasetta to Isola di San Pietro, then a short transfer to Villa Brigida.
What language is the retreat in?
English (Italian also spoken).
