Travel design, to see everything from another perspective

Forget the canonical tours, the places everyone tells you to visit in travel blogs. While you're at it, forget entirely about anxiety, too: I'll take care of everything.

Choose your destination,
and I’ll do the rest.

No, I don’t want to tell you that you can’t intervene in creating your itinerary. Still, I would just like to make you experience an unusual sensation: serenity before departure. Organizing a trip for some is something fascinating. For others, however, it is something stressful. Why do you insist on doing it, especially if you are in the latter category? It’s true that the journey repays all the anxiety, but wouldn’t it be better to choose to rely on someone who does it for a living?

I'm not a travel agent, and I deal with travel design.

If you’re already running away at the thought of a pre-packaged tour, stop: this isn’t what I’ll do for you. It is no coincidence that this service is called “travel design”: I design original trips according to the personal needs of travelers. This service is for you if you love entirely out-of-the-ordinary tours, which allow you to experience the destination country to the full, like a “local.” Yes, it is perfect for you even if you persistently search on Google for “honeymoon destination.”

How this service works

Choose your destination…
or not!

The starting point of this service is the selection of the destination. I’ll be happy if you need clear ideas and want me to advise you! I will use my experience to find the perfect place for the type of experience you want to have.

Unique places to visit: yes or no?

Do you have any particular places that you want to visit? Or do you have any specific interests to base your trip on, such as art, music, photography or walking? Let me know, and I will create a tour genuinely tailored for you.

Where do you go if you don't
have a date?

Some places are impassable (or almost) in some year’s seasons. For example, it is challenging in Iceland to visit in winter, especially for those who have never been there due to the sudden closure of roads due to ice. Remember always to choose the period to leave.

Now it's my turn!

After seeing all these aspects with you, I will design your personalized journey and deliver everything to you. I will also include lots of advice on places to eat and stay at various points along the route to avoid leaving you “blind”.

Get ready for takeoff!

Now it’s time to load your luggage and fasten your seat belts: we’re off to a new, unique adventure full of emotions to share with whoever you want!

Haven't you remembered something?

If you like, I can follow you on your trip to give you other advice “on the road” and take all your souvenir photos. If you want the idea, you must contact me for more information. I will be happy to answer you.

FAQ

As a travel designer I will take care of preparing a plan for your trip for you, taking into consideration your requests and needs. You will therefore receive a well-defined itinerary, full of ideas on places where you can discover the traditions of the area, also from a food and wine point of view.

I recommend that you contact me at least three or four months in advance of the date you would like to leave. It is an ideal period of time to be able to prepare a tour defined down to the smallest details.

The travel design service has a different cost depending on the destination, travel days and your personal preferences. There are so many variables that it is impossible for me to provide you with a single price, but I invite you to write to me using the form on this page to get a more detailed quote.
